Fine Italian wines by the glass are accompanied by legendary French cheeses. There are over 160 different types of cheeses, served with honey and spices, balsamic vinegar, truffle honey, pepper jam (made in-house) and lots of other goodies ....
Respect for tradition and a love for wine and good food have given good results: an authentic and quaint restaurant on the Florentine hills. The secret to success is a mix of passion and the search for original and quality products. The kitchen uses only raw materials chosen wisely, of very high quality. They source direct from the producer. The Tuscan salami come straight from the butcher of San Casciano in Val di Pesa (Secci), the capers come directly from the cooperative which grows and cures them and so on ... Their signature dish is the potato gnocchi, which is made without eggs or flour and served with a Castelmagno cream from the La Bruna farmhouse.
