Young and sympathy are free from substrate to an evening spent in the hills overlooking the valley Prato Val Bisenzio. The young Daniel Coats leads by five years his restaurant (where he is also tomato sauce) with its typical Tuscan cuisine, led by Chef Nima. The restaurant also serves wood fired pizza. The inn houses an intimate and welcoming, with its soft lighting and a fireplace always lit in winter. The kitchen is entrusted to the tradition of the place, thanks to the choice of raw materials at zero miles, presenting iatti with variations, and Original flavors. The house specialties are the zonzelle (fried pizza dough) with cheese and ham, pie with seasonal vegetables, pasta with meat and game, the royal tortello potatoes (potatoes are the neighboring country, Migliana) and made ​​pasta home. Locanda degli Artisti is located in a small village adjacent to the country of Vaiano, Immersed in the heart of the Valley of Bisenzio, 6 km from Prato.

Surrounded by chestnut trees, La locanda degli artisti was opened in 2007 by Daniela and Chef Nima serving authentic and traditional cuisine.

The restaurant has a rustic and comforting atmosphere. In summer you can dine on the terrace, enjoying the cool countryside air with a view of the valley and the mountain range of Bisenzio. During the winter season, you can enjoy dinner by the fireplace along with tasty appetizers like toasted Tuscan bread, cheese and salami boards served with seasonal vegetables with dipping oil. A popular dish by demand are the zonzelle with ham and soft cheese. The menu varies according to the seasons and the fresh pasta and potato ravioli are house specialties.
